FIRST CONSULTATION

What we do

We initially meet with you on site to discuss your renovation design requirements as well as giving an assessment on existing building structures. We will offer our professional advice to suit your current building structure and tailor it specifically to your requirements. Following this consultation, we consider all information and establish a price indication on construction cost so we can work towards common expectations, goals and budget.

Second Consultation
Concept Designs

What we do

If you don’t already have plans or concepts, this step involves liaising with our building designer to draw a preliminary plan that we will prepare around your requirements. Once you’re happy with the design we will pass it onto our building certifier to amend the plans as necessary to obtain your building approval.

What you do

Arrange a time to meet with our building designer to re visit the information you provided us on our first consultation and make sure you ask lots of questions.

ONLINE ACCESS Setup

What we do

All project information is then added to our 24/7 online client access system. From our website or our mobile application, you can view and access all details of your project, including product selections, financials, construction schedules and important milestones of your project.

What you do

Log in to your online access and have a good look around. Let us know when you’re logged in and ask us any questions you have about your online portal.

FINE DETAIL STAGE

What we do

During this step of the process, we will work with you to finalise construction drawings, product selections and engineer designs to prepare the formal fixed price building contract.

Consider the proposal presentation and look through the finer options and details of our proposal, we’re ready to build.

LETS BUILD

What we do

We aim to work with you and walk you through every step of the process. We organise and submit all relevant documentation to obtain a council approval and are with you every step of the way during your project. You will continue to have 24/7 online access to your project so you know exactly what’s happening next and have full control of your project from start to finish.

Sit back and enjoy the building process knowing all details of your project have been organised prior to commencement of your project. Use your online access to know exactly what’s happening next with your project.

HANDOVER

What we do

Here’s the exciting part, we will demonstrate for you how all appliances and special features work along with passing on our warranties book with your 6.5 year structural warranty and 12 month maintenance warranty.

What we do

We will be in touch just before the maintenance period ends to make sure there’s no screws to tighten, hinges to be slightly adjusted or any other minor elements needing attention.
