Created for homeowners who have an idea of what they want to undertake with their home but don’t have plans or drawing created yet. Not only will we draft concept drawings for your project, but we will also create a fully itemised construction proposal and project specifications so you’ll know exactly what your home will look like and how much it will cost.

Our Concept Design Package is ideal for homeowners who know what they want to achieve with their home but don’t have any documentation or plans outlining the project.
Concept Design Packages include:
- One 1-hour on-site consultation with award-winning Builder, Jared Kemp
- Personalised advice about the process and what you can expect
- An inspection of your property, including existing dwelling, property access points and services available
- Concept plans drawn up, tailored to your project requirements
- Full use rights to use your plans as you see fit
- Your plans reviewed by our trusted building certifier to amend plans if necessary, to meet council approval requirements
- A detailed 15 to 20 page construction proposal including project specifications
- A second review meeting to go through both the plans and the construction proposal
- Answers to all your pressing questions
- Access to our online client portal which contains all the details of your project to date, including product selections, project financials, construction schedules and much more
Not only will your on-site consultation be jam-packed full of useful and relevant information, your construction proposal will give you further detailed information about your project so you can move forward with confidence. You will also have access to Jared in two one-on-one meetings to go through any questions or concerns you have regarding your project.
