Started in the industry 19 years ago as a carpenter before progressing into building and founding RedKem Constructions 12 years ago.
He is a Greensmart accredited builder with a strong interest in energy-efficient design and high-performance homes.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys golf and AFL and is a passionate supporter of the Collingwood Magpies.
Craig Minty
Site Manager of RedKem Constructions
Works alongside Jared as a Site Manager at RedKem Constructions in Brisbane and has been working with RedKem for over 10 years.
He previously worked on high-end architectural homes in Tasmania before relocating to Brisbane.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys golf, boating, and AFL, and is a proud supporter of the Essendon Bombers.
Marnie Dall’Osto-Kemp
Business Development, Marketing, Accounts RedKem Constructions
Works closely with Jared and Craig, and collaborates with Treena in the Accounts department at RedKem Constructions, with a primary focus on account management responsibilities.
She also plays a key role in marketing and business development, contributing to the continued growth of RedKem Constructions.
With 11 years of experience as a school teacher, she brings strong communication and organisational skills to the business. She also holds a Diploma in Interior Design.
Having worked alongside her spouse, Jared Kemp, for over a decade, she is an integral part of the company’s ongoing development and success, and supports clients in making confident design choices.
Nancy Holland
Operations Coordinator RedKem Constructions
Nancy Holland is the Operations Coordinator at RedKem Constructions, where she helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the business. She is highly organised, detail-focused, and takes a proactive, solutions-driven approach to her work.
Nancy works closely with both site and office teams to coordinate communication, scheduling, and project administration, ensuring efficient workflow and consistent service delivery.
A dependable team member, she plays an important role in supporting the overall efficiency and success of RedKem Constructions’ projects.
