- One 1-hour on-site consultation with award-winning Builder, Jared Kemp
- Personalised advice about the renovation process and what you can expect
- A review of your plans and existing dwelling
- An inspection of your property overall, including access points and services available
- Your plans reviewed by our trusted building certifier along with feedback and advice regarding building approvals
- A detailed 15 to 20 page construction proposal including project specifications
- A second review meeting to go through the proposal and outline the project costs
- Answers to all your pressing questions
- Access to our online client portal which contains all the details of your project to date, including product selections, project financials, construction schedules and much more
Not only will your on-site consultation be jam-packed full of useful and relevant information, your construction proposal will give you further detailed information about your project so you can move forward with confidence. You will also have access to Jared in two one-on-one meetings to go through any questions or concerns you have regarding your project.
